Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist and National Geographic Fellow Paul Salopek is retracing on foot the global migration of our ancestors in a 21,000-mile, seven-year odyssey that begins in Ethiopia and ends in Tierra del Fuego.  His journey is called Out of Eden Walk.

The Abundance Foundation has been a partner to the Out of Eden Walk project since before Paul Salopek took his first steps out of the Rift Valley in Ethiopia. Today, we’re proud to continue our support by offering matching funds for the Out of Eden Kickstarter campaign, and encourage you to do the same by donating to their Kickstarter campaign and by following Paul’s walk.
